Cross-country trails situation: With on average of over 50 cm natural snow, this year’s many participants are naturally expecting outstanding conditions. Numerous participants are already training hard and forming their own impressions of the excellent conditions.  –

Registrations: participants from 21 countries (including from as far away as Australia) have now registered. Some 50% of registrations are from abroad. The reduced registrations will continue up until 31.01.2012.

On 15 December the first 20 km of trails opened, in the meantime there are 33 km opened for both styles, with a mixture of natural and artificial snow in the usual excellent condition.

We will soon once again be faced with the stress of the annual Christmas season. One will most certainly ponder over what gift one should give to those one hold’s dearest! An untypical gift suggestion would certainly be an enrolment for the 29th Gsiesertal Lauf.
